Welcome, Family and Friends! As we merge our two families together, we want to encourage you to bring yours for a week or weekend of celebration in Mexico. We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you.
Jennifer Brown of Vagablonde Travel is a destination wedding specialist, so we have chosen to work with her and Vagablonde Travel! They have been amazing with helping us with all the booking details and worked with the hotel to secure fabulous group rates. She will help all of our guests book their travel accommodations, including but not limited to air, and ground transportation. Again, please be sure to book in our room block so we can apply all the extra perks to our celebration.

Few Things to Note:
- Room rates are per room per night in USD and include all taxes and gratuities.
- No day of wedding arrivals. Please plan to begin travel January 21, 22, or 23.
- Room Rates Exclude: Travel Protection and Transportation. Vagablonde Travel will send you a link to book insurance after you book. Quotes are based on age and total of your trip so please ensure you enter data correctly. Transportation options are available during booking.
- We are able to split room invoices but one person will need to make the initial booking for both parties and indicate on your form if you need split invoices.
- Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
***IMPORTANT: If you would like to travel outside the indicated range or extend your stay at another resort, Vagablonde Travel will gladly set you up with a packaged itinerary and even handle transportation in between! Email us if you have a unique situation at info@vagablondetravel.com.

The process is simple to add a room we don’t have in the block. We can offer you group rates but we will have to request the category into our block and it is based on availability so the room may not be guaranteed. This process can take up to 2 weeks to confirm so we ask for your patience as we wait to hear from the group department!
