Jennifer Brown of Vagablonde Travel is our destination wedding specialist. Jennifer and her team have been amazing with helping us with all the booking details and worked with the hotel to secure fabulous group rates. She will help all of our guests book their travel accommodations, including but not limited to air, and ground transportation. Again, please be sure to book in our room block so we can apply all the extra perks to our celebration.

  • Room rates are per room per night in USD and include all taxes and gratuities.
  • No day of wedding arrivals. Please plan to begin travel November 12th, 13th, or 14th.
  • Rates Exclude: Travel Protection and Transportation. Vagablonde Travel will help book your roundtrip transportation as a group and send you a personalized insurance quote right after you book if you elect for this option. Quotes are based on age and total of your trip.
  • We are able to split room invoices but one person will need to make the booking for both parties and indicate on our form if you need split invoices.
  • Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
  • Bedding Request are NOT guaranteed. Vagablonde Travel will make the request based on your preferences but group contracted rooms are based on availability upon arrival in your category.
  • 110 connecting rooms are available at Dreams.Connecting rooms are available in the Junior Suite Tropical View and Preferred Club Junior Suite Panoramic View
    room categories. Connecting rooms are on request unless booking the Preferred Club Family Suite Panoramic View which guarantees connecting.
  • Two wheelchair accessible rooms (both Junior Suite Tropical View with king beds) are available to request and located on the second floor. 
  • Cribs available on request. Include in the notes when booking.

The process is simple to add a room we don’t have block. We can offer you group rates but we will have to request the category into our block and it is based on availability so the room may not be guaranteed.
