Guests are strongly encouraged to reserve their stay through the couple’s dedicated travel agency, Vagablonde Travel and Jennifer Brown, to ensure access to the official room block, flexible payment options, and coordinated guest arrangements throughout the celebration.

To help make your travel experience seamless and stress-free, we’ve partnered with Jennifer Brown and the team at Vagablonde Travel, destination wedding specialists who will be assisting all guests with travel arrangements for our celebration. From resort accommodations and flights (if necessary) to airport transfers and travel questions along the way, Jennifer and her team are here to make the process easy and enjoyable from start to finish.
We encourage all guests to reserve their stay through our official wedding room block to take advantage of exclusive group rates, flexible payment options, and the convenience of staying alongside family and friends throughout the festivities.

Few Things to Note:
- Room rates are per person per night in USD and include all taxes and gratuities.
- No day of wedding arrivals please.
- Room block rates require a minimum of 3 nights.
- Room Rates Exclude Flights, Travel Protection and Ground Transfers.
- Vagablonde Travel will help book your roundtrip transportation as a group.
- We are able to split room invoices but one person will need to make the booking for both parties and indicate on our form if you need split invoices.
- Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
- If you plan to share a room but do not have the second guests name, you must book a SGL occupancy. Once you have the second guests name we will gladly add them and adjust your invoice and reservation accordingly.
- This is an adults only resort.
***IMPORTANT: If you would like to travel outside the indicated range or extend your stay at another resort, Vagablonde Travel will gladly set you up with a packaged itinerary and even handle transportation in between! Email us if you have a unique situation at info@vagablondetravel.com.

The process is simple to add a room we don’t have blocked but the process can take up to 2 weeks to confirm availability and confirm pricing so we ask for your patience as we wait to hear from the resort group department!
