It is highly suggested to book through the designated travel agent, Jennifer Brown at Vagablonde Travel, and into the room block to help manage the guest list, as well as to allow you to access Vagablonde Travel's flexible payment schedule. This page includes a lot of helpful information, so please read it carefully and reach out to Jennifer and her team with any questions!
Guests are not encourage to stay at a different hotel, but those staying at a different resort separately from the wedding’s room block and through Vagablonde Travel must purchase a mandatory event day pass to attend the wedding’s ceremony and events. The cost of a Wedding Pass is $193 USD plus tax per person per day (30 min pre/post event times).

Welcome, Family and Friends! We’re so excited to celebrate our wedding with all of you! Whether you’re joining us for the week or just the weekend, we can’t wait to spend time together in beautiful Mexico — dancing, relaxing, and making some unforgettable memories along the way. Jennifer Brown of Vagablonde Travel is a destination wedding specialist and we have chosen to work with her and Vagablonde Travel for all of your travel needs! She and her team have been amazing with helping us with all the booking details and secured fabulous group rates. She will help all guests book their travel accommodations, including but not limited to resort, air, and ground transportation. Again, please utilize our room block so take advantage of Vagablonde Travel’s reduced nightly rates!

Few Things to Note:
- Room rates are per person per night in USD and include all taxes.
- Room block rates require a minimum of 3 nights.
- No day of wedding arrivals. .
- Room Rates Exclude: Travel Protection and Airport Transportation.
- We are able to split room invoices but one person will need to make the booking for both parties and indicate on our form if you need split invoices.
- Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
- If you plan to share a room but do not have the second guests name, you must book a SGL occupancy. Once you have the second guests name we will gladly add them and adjust your invoice and reservation accordingly.
- You have the option to choose your ground transfer preference during booking.
***IMPORTANT: If you would like to travel outside the indicated range or extend your stay at another resort, Vagablonde Travel will gladly set you up with a packaged itinerary and even handle transportation in between! Email us if you have a unique situation at info@vagablondetravel.com.

The process is simple to add a room we don’t have blocked but the process can take up to 2 weeks to confirm availability and confirm pricing so we ask for your patience as we wait to hear from the resort group department!
Group room rates are NOT eligible for Hyatt reward points. You may give your Hyatt Member number at check in for any incidental charges at the resort which you can earn points for.
