Wedding Festivities
To join the below events, we recommend booking from Tuesday - Saturday, January 27-31, 2026.
While we absolutely love your little ones, we kindly ask that only children of immediate family under the age of 13 attend the wedding ceremony. We warmly welcome all guests—families included—to join us for the trip and enjoy the festivities throughout the week. However, for the wedding event itself, we ask that you please arrange for childcare at the resort, as the ceremony and reception will be an adults-only celebration (with the exception of immediate family children). Thank you for understanding and helping us create a memorable experience for everyone!

The Westin Reserva Conchal, an All-Inclusive Golf Resort & Spa is set on 2,400 acres and offers everything you need to revitalize and thrive, nestled between lush forests and the sparkling azure waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Few Things to Note:
- A 4-night minimum stay is required due to seasonal demand.
- Room rates are per person per night in USD and include all taxes.
- Rate includes 10% discount on Spa massages and golf.
- No day of wedding arrivals.
- Please fly into Liberia Guanacaste Airport (LIR). Also knows as Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport.
- Room Rates exclude Flights, Travel Protection and Transportation, all components we can assist with though.
- We are able to split room invoices but one person will need to make the booking for both parties and indicate on our form if you need split invoices.
- Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
- If you plan to share a room but do not have the second guests name, you must book a SGL occupancy. Once you have the second guests name we will gladly add them and adjust your invoice and reservation accordingly.
***IMPORTANT: If you would like to travel outside the indicated range or extend your stay at another resort, Vagablonde Travel will gladly set you up with a packaged itinerary and even handle transportation in between! Email us if you have a unique situation at info@vagablondetravel.com.
