She and her team have been amazing with helping us with all the booking details and secured fabulous group rates. She will help all guests book their travel accommodations, including but not limited to resort, air, and ground transportation. Few Things to Note:
- Room rates are per room per night in USD and include all taxes and nonstop shared transportation.
- Room Block rates require a minimum of 3 nights.
- No day of wedding arrivals.
- Room Rates Exclude Travel Protection.
- We are able to split room invoices but one person will need to make the booking for both parties and indicate on our form if you need split invoices.
- Single occupancy incurs roughly a 50-100% premium increase for 1 adult in a room.
- If you plan to share a room but do not have the second guests name, you must book a SGL occupancy. Once you have the second guests name we will gladly add them and adjust your invoice and reservation accordingly.
- Guests staying at Secrets have free-flow access to the exquisite restaurants, bars, and facilities at adjoining, family-friendly Dreams.
- Please be advised due to resort layout, Secrets adult guests may be exposed to families and children staying at adjoining Dreams.
***IMPORTANT: If you would like to travel outside the indicated range or extend your stay at another resort, Vagablonde Travel will gladly set you up with a packaged itinerary and even handle transportation in between! Email us if you have a unique situation at info@vagablondetravel.com.

Group room rates are not eligible for Hyatt Member Pricing or Points as we have a group discounted rate already. If you would like for our team to book you outside of the room block with Hyatt Member rates so you can keep your Hyatt benefits, we can certainly do so. You will not be booked in the room block, but you would still be under the Vagablonde Trade umbrella and we will consider you on our list that we send the resort for the wedding.

These 518.4 sq. ft. suites offers breathtaking sights of the Sierra Madre Mountains, a king or two queen beds, a full bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower, separate water closet, separate living area and a private furnished balcony. Rooms also come with a sofa bed. Junior Suite Tropical View rooms are located on floors four through seven in the Tropical View tower.
